Choices Are The Root of Your Future Life

Introduction

Have you ever sit down and think about the things that happened to your life? Whatever happened to you now is somehow related to the choices you had made previously.  Each choice you made starts a behavior and over time it turns into a habit.  For example, if you smoke, then the chances of you ending up with lung cancer will be much higher as tobacco smoke has a toxic mix of more than 7,000 chemicals which many are poisons.

Bad Choices

When you made bad choices, you might find yourself going back to the drawing board, forced to make new plan and often harder choices.  Now, you might think that not making choices is the best decision.  Life do not happen that way, when you don't make any choices, you are telling universe that you are a passive receiver who will fall into whatever comes your way and you might just end up in somebody else plan.  When you learn from bad choices the mistakes will lead you to success.

Make Your Choice

The best thing you can do to yourself is to decide and make your choice.  Every single decision no matter how slight will alters your future life.  Whether or not to go to college will affect your future job.  Who to marry will affect your family life.  Whether to have that last drink before you drive home will increase your chances of getting into an accident.  You can understand now why making your own choice now is the root of your future life.  So, believe you can succeed and you will.

Sleepwalking

For many people, their biggest challenge is that they have been sleepwalking through their life choices.  Most of the time, you are not even aware you are making decision as our choices are often shaped by our culture and upbringing.  Very often, it is entwined into our routine behaviors and habits that seem beyond our control.  For instance, you inhale a soda and bag of potato chips habitually while watching TV and suddenly realize that after you taken the last chip that you have wasted your entire day of healthy eating when you are not even hungry.

Be Responsible

Tell yourself you alone are responsible for what you do, don't do or how you respond to what's done to you.  This self-empowering mindset will revolutionized your life.  No matter who win the elected president, how had the economy tanked, or what anybody said, did or didn't do, you will be fully in control. Letting go of blaming others will give you unlimited power to control your own destiny.

Conclusion

Blaming luck will not do you any good, it is but an excuse.  The difference between those who are rich, happy and healthy or broke, depressed and unhealthy is the choices that were make throughout the person life.  The universe is fair and everyone has the opportunity to be lucky because beyond the basics of health and sustenance, luck simply comes down to a series of choices that a person had made in the past.
